DJ ZIMO began his career during his sophomore year in college. ZIMO invested time and money to learn his craft. His hard work paid off when he was asked to showcase his skills at local gigs. ZIMO is now a well-known name on the East Coast club scene.

DJ Zimo is the winner of 2007 NEA DJ of the year award. He plays, weekly, at clubs in PA. He gets national and internationally bookings. He considered the RZA, from the Wu-Tang Clan, as one of the producers he look up to.
