What does it take to be a model? Is Nigeria and other African countries using European standard to judge models? I think it is very important to have our own standards.

This idea that slim is European and Thick is African is one of the hugest lies in the world. African women have traditionally been slim and sinewy, hard edged if you like while white women have been plumper and softly curving. The cartwalk model look emulates tribael african women looks of the past. Africans and most in the third world did not in the past atribute fat with beauty but fat with wealth. Thicness and booty is a modenr African American consept.
