Born Nelson Agose, this 21 year old rapper is a proud native of Lagos, Nigeria. It is Nigeria, whom he credits his style and sound. Much of his music displays a heavy and assertive beat that he effortlessly flows to with his distinct voice.
In 2006 Blink moved to the US to pursue his education at the University of Illinois but he never lost sight of his passion, which was to create great music.
In 2009 he released his first mixtape entitled The Work Ethic. This also happens to be his motto in life. Blink believes work ethic is going to be the key to his success. “You have to have a relentless work ethic. So I grind all day, I never stop writing, learning, listening or recording.”
AFFILIATION AND CREDIT
Blink is First hip-hop artist out of the syndik8 record which includes other acts such as “LYNXXX” and “IKON”. Blink is also a producer as well as a rapper and his most recent production credit was the hit song “Nuttin do you” by Lami from 2009.
